Infrastructure Design

The basic design of the network infrastructure includes the cabling systems, wiring & equipment closets, and the pathways between them. We consider all aspects of the infrastructure requirement and establish the optimum design and our internal management team will continuously consult throughout the design process to ensure any design modifications are challenged for effect on any other section of the proposal.

Green Lane also considers the use of space and plans the positioning and layout of all telecommunications closets (TC’s: any room or space used to house Comms equipment). We offer design and planning of all Mechanical & Electrical requirements including airflow and temperature requirements either generically or specifically if we know of all equipment to be housed within the space. If the equipment specifications are available we can size UPS and work with the M&E contractors to ensure effective delivery of those services.

Intelligent Infrastructure Management

Green Lane solutions are proud to offer as part of our range the ability to enhance your network operational efficiency with Intelligent Infrastructure Management. This provides electronic visibility of a physical network, reporting and alerting connections and disconnections of all devices across your network.

CAD Services & Documentation

Green Lane Solutions have a fully equipped and specialised CAD Bureau Service that can provide fully documented and professional drawings in a variety of formats or sizes.

We have the ability to reproduce or copy drawings from a number of different formats. These are taken into our system and may then be altered, updated or completely redrawn and the output given in a variety of different versions including hardcopy.

Our operators are all professional draughtsmen fully trained and au fait with other professional packages and are able to provide the output to conform to your requirements. We are able to assist on a project by project basis, or as a single one off drawing. We are also flexible enough to be able to complement and help with a client's CAD department in the event of busy or heavy workloads. Green Lane can also offer a service that generates drawing production relative to Operational and Maintenance Manual requirements.
