We were an early adopter of the Network Alchemy range of products and have sold, implemented and supported the product throughout it's evolution from Network Alchemy, to the Argent range of products to its current manifestation, Avaya IP Office. Since the product was bought out by Lucent Technologies and developed by Avaya; Green Lane Solutions have been an accredited Avaya Business Partner. IP Office is one of the solutions for a new business who do not have an immediate requirement for IP Telephony. Avaya IP Office offers a comprehensive range of analogue and digital telephone handsets as well as a rich set of applications including Operator Console functionality, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Voice Conferencing and Call Recording. The IP Office is IP enabled so that when the requirement arises, the client can move to IP Telephony. Avaya also offer a wide range of IP Telephone handsets and can also support 3rd party IP handsets. The telephony market has undergone rapid changes in recent years and the major driver in the market today is that a Business expects more from their Telephone Systems. They also expect more features and greater integration with their IT infrastructure. They also often require their telephone system to interact with their Email system, their Web site, SMS and Instant messaging systems. Because of these market pressures Green Lane Solutions continually research the market to see if there are new products that we can add to our portfolio. As a result of this, we are proud to announce our association with Nortel Networks. We believe that the Nortel range of products enhances the solutions we offer, providing greater integration with Microsoft Operating Systems and Application Suites. Nortel also provides SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) end devices, Presence and Unified Messaging. Much of this functionality is provided by the integration of the Nortel platform with Microsoft's Office Communication Server. As well as re-selling Nortel's CS100 and BCM product range Green Lane Solutions can offer a managed IP Centrex solution. The client has little or no capital expenditure on PBXs Voicemail and Application Software just a monthly charge per handset. This solution is often deployed in environments where office or groups of workers need to be deployed for a short period of time. It also allows for a full managed service which works with the organisations growth. It also minimises the costs as there is no need for a capital outlay. |
